Bio

Coach Sean Davie is an Indianapolis native entering his fourth season on the Carmel High School Football coaching staff. He began his career in 2022 as the freshman offensive coordinator, followed by two seasons as the varsity running backs coach. In his third year, he also took on responsibilities as the JV offensive coordinator. For the 2025 season, Coach Davie will serve as the passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach.

A proud graduate of North Central High School, Coach Davie was a multi-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball, and track before focusing solely on football during his final two years. He went on to play collegiately at Western Michigan University, where he was part of a historic 13-0 season under Head Coach P.J. Fleck. That team captured a Mid-American Conference (MAC) Championship and earned a berth in Goodyear Cotton Bowl. During his time at WMU, Coach Davie contributed to multiple bowl game appearances, and following injury, served as an assistant to Coach Mike Bath and Greg Harbaugh Jr while moving on to earn his Bachelors of Business Administration in 2021.

Coach Davie is deeply passionate about player development, both on and off the field. He believes in building young men of character and serving as a mentor he wished he had at their age. His commitment to leadership, accountability, and excellence is evident in everything he does, and he is honored to help carry on the rich tradition of Carmel Football.
